How do you make a tri-fold brochure using one sheet of paper?

I do it with Publisher.

Most probably by selecting landscape orientation and then formatting the
page so that it has three columns and then probably printing it to a duplex
printer that can flip the page on the short edge.

Default Making a brochure

You will find a tri-fold template in most versions of Word. In W2003 it is
in with the Brochure templates, IIRC. It is definitely in with Brochures in
W2007.

Hey. I have a question. When I finish print my brochure, does it come out in
