Default Additional Detail Lines

Is there anyway of adding additional detail line on a
form? eg

Detail a = Holds current detail in a table (only showing
active sevices)

Detail b = Holds current detail in a table (only showing
inactive sevices)

Detail c = Holds blank fileds for additional data to be
entered (excluding inactive sevices)

Does anybody understand what I am asking, if so is there
anyway of doing this?

In design view of the form, there are normaly form
headers/footers, and a detail line. The detail line holds
the main information from a table that you have selected
as its data source.

I am attempting to see if i can have more than one detail
line, as by default only one is available.

Any ideas now?

Without knowing more about your table structure and what
active and inactive services are, it is difficult to be
specific. Assuming that active services and inactive
services are from queries based on the same table,
subforms based on the queries might do what you need, but
this is sort of looking at it backwards, as the
relationships between tables (assuming there is more than
one) are where this really needs to start. For a subform
to function in concert with the main form depends on the
proper parent/child relationship between tables.
Something that could get you closer to what you need,
whether with forms or subforms, is to set the default view
(Format tab of the property sheet) to Continuous Form (or
to Datasheet).
