Default Updating a public calendar from a meeting request

Hi folks,

When we receive meeting requests in outlook (and accept them) - they
go into our personal calendars. Is there a way to have them update a
seperate calendar as well - specifically, a public calendar?

Thanks for the help!

There are third-party tools that can keep multiple calendars in sync. One
thing you can do is, before you click Accept, open the meeting request and
click FileCopy to Folder, specifying the public folder as the destination.
Then you can click Accept to add it to your own calendar.
