Or how about the one regarding universal widow and orphan control?

You are an idiot!

1) This isn't Microsoft. It is a peer-to-peer newsgroup. MS employees do
not post here and, in the unlikely even that someone from MS does, they post
here in their own time, and not as a representative or spokesperson for MS.

2) You have an OEM (that's Original /Equipment/ Manufacturer - i.e. HP)
licence. This means that HP (regardless of what they tell you) is the first,
last and only means of support. MS does not, cannot and, indeed, will not
support OEM licensed software. Suggest you read the EULA. Paragraph five
states: -

"PRODUCT SUPPORT. SOFTWARE support for the SOFTWARE is not provided by MS,
Microsoft Corporation, or their affiliates or subsidiaries. For product
support, please refer to Manufacturer's support number provided in the
documentation for the HARDWARE. Should you have any questions concerning
this EULA, or if you desire to contact Manufacturer for any other reason,
please refer to the address provided in the documentation for the HARDWARE
(i.e. your computer manual)."

3) All the questions you've asked can be answered by using the very
extensive help. I don't see why we should waste our time answering questions
you could have answered yourself using the resources at your disposal. But
you're too lazy to help yourself, obviously.
