Default windows mail is used in stead of outlook 2003 on Windows Server 20

Hi,

When sending an e-mail from e.g. Word 2003 on a Windows Server 2008, it
keeps showing the message: "Windows Mail could not be started. The
application was unable to create the Internet Account Manager. Your computer
may be out of memory or your disk is full. (0x80070002, 1410)"
Winword is trying to use Windows Mail as e-mail program but it should use
outlook, which is installed. I already changed the settings in default
programs (on control panel) to use Outlook in stead of Windows Mail for using
mail related issues but with no result.
Can anybody help me here?

Thanks
