Default how do I duplicate design on 8 to a page

Trying to figure out how to copy design to remaining 8 to a page raffle
tickets. Also,
where is numbering added?

Look for a label template that has 8 labels. When you setup a page for labels,
all label will be the same except... Mail merge will allow a different number
per ticket. Setup a data base with consecutive numbers. You can use Access,
Excel, Word, Works or others as data.
Help here

An example of how to setup Excel here

If you have already designed the label and it is created so as 8 will fit on a
standard 8.5 x 11 stock. Setup up a custom size, copy/paste the design to the
new publication. Do the mail merge.
