Print Merge Problem - works in Preview, not in print
I am using Publisher 2007. I am trying to print 4 to a page tickets with each
ticket having a different sequential number taken from an Excel Spreadsheet. I have created the ticket (A6 size). I have ticket number as a merge field and set it up to print 4 to a page. When I look at the print preview I have 4 tickets on the page numbered 1 to 4, just as I wanted. However when I do a print merge, all tickets come out with the number 1 on them. Any suggestions welcome - I need 300 tickets so don't want to do anything by hand. If there is a bug I was wondering if there is any way of doing it in Word but I can't see how to make 4 to page using that. |

File, print merge, be certain you have "multiple pages per sheet" enabled.
There is a sample print available on the print screen, use it if you are unsure. -- Mary Sauer http://msauer.mvps.org/ "ruperthouse" wrote in message ... I am using Publisher 2007.
