Default Masterpage Order

Hi i was wandering if anyone could help me.
I have created masterpage and applied to my pulications
how do i 'bring to the the front'.
I have photo's that go over the boarders and need to bring the boarder on top?

If you are asking how to access the Master Page for editing...
you can toggle the Master Page by typing...Ctrl+M

nope i know how to edit.
But i can't bring to front the masterpage template..

You don't brint the master page to the front. It's lying in the background.
You put the info on the pages on top of that. Those you can move front or
back...but not behind the master page.

Drag the border to the scratch area in the Master Page, go to the
publication age and drag the border to the front.
