Default Loan Tool Box trys to install when opening web sites from Outlook

Hi,

When we try to open a Web Link from an e-mail in Outlook the self install
for Loan Tool Box trys to install. FYI: Loan Tool Box is a templete for ACT.
This happens every times we try to click on a link in Outlook. If we go
through the complete installation it still does the same thing. Loan Tool Box
support said it is a Microsoft Issue.

Thanks for any help.

Marley

Default

it's often a sign of installer problems and letting the installation run
corrects it.

The link is an http link? try resetting the web browser - IE's tools,
options, programs - reset defaults.
