Images in Grouped Header in A Report

I'm have a report where I need to place images in a Grouped Header. I'm using
the file path of the images to link into an Image Frame. The images appear
fine, but when my Image Frame is Null, I need the frame to shrink just like
the Can Shrink property of a Text Box. I have fixed this with some VBA in a
Procedure On Format in another reports detail section,but this code will not
work in my Grouped Header. I seem to be about the increase the sise of my
Image Frames, but not shrink them. What's Up?
