Default Active Sync does not sync all contacts?

I bought the newest Axim which works fine. Microsoft had been advertising
that you can now put your "business contact manager" contacts on here-not so.
In fact, the latest version of Active sync does NOT even sync all of your
normal contacts. Any ideas on why these type of things continue? Maybe the
stock price tells me! I have always been a huge Microsoft fan, but they're
making it difficult. What's google doing in this catagory?

AS for the other problem, select Options in Activesync, then highlight your contacts, then settings. Ensure you have the correct categories or ALL set to sync.

Thank you Milly, I had not seen the newest "add in". I have not yet
installed, but it should take care of the problem. As far as the select
options choice for the normal contacts, solution, It looks like you onlt get
the settings option if you are running off of an Exchange Server which I am
not. Maybe you could elaborate more on this topic. Thank you again! the
