Can't receive a fax in fax console.

The fax console is enabled to receive. I have uninstalled/installed the fax
console. I can send a fax but not receive a fax. When a fax comes in, the
phone rings, the fax console answeres but never receives. After 2-4 minutes,
an error message shows up on the bottom half of the fax monitor window.

Help!!
