Default Office 2003 SP3 issue

After I've installed Office 2003 SP3, when I go in add/remove applications
to change the Office components installed all the components are listed as
"install on first use" even if I've done a complete installation. Is
somebody having the same problem?

Default Office 2003 SP3 issue

I have a WSUS server (something that downloads updates from Microsoft and
deploys them across your net). When wsus received SP3, I first made a test
deploy to only one box. That box has shown that behaviour you say (so, I
didn't go on with such way of applying SP3). It not only shows "install on
first use", what is more annoying is that every program or feature you start
pops up a "installing.,.,.,, " window.
