Outlook Express Create Mail Folder Failure
Two machines with recently updated OE-6 on them refuse to allow additional
mail folders to be created. One machine has 10 folders on it and the other has 8. Our older machines have 30-40 folders. How do I create more folders for my users? -- Best Wishes Cigar-Joe

Outlook Express Create Mail Folder Failure
You may have a damaged identity especially if it is the default Main
Identity. File | Identity | Add New Identity. Create a new one and test it. If all is well, you can import your messages and Address Book from the old identity and delete it. Outlook Express Create Mail Folder Failure
A corrupt identity can happen at any time, especially the main identity
because it has a few extra registry keys. Whenever setting up OE, either a new machine, or reinstall, I skip right to a second user created ID and forget the main ID.
