receiving email with an attacment
It seems like everytime a friend tries to send me emails
with an attachment (picture) I will receive a message up at the top staiting: OE- removed access to the follwong unsafe attachments in your mail. Why do I get these and can I stop this?

OEToolsOptionsSecurity Tab. Uncheck: "Do not allow attachments........."
