Default Formula For Multiple Rows

In Excel 2009 I need to multiply rows 1 through 55 by $0.35. I don't need
any amounts of the rows multiplied by that, just the number of rows (55 x
$.035). How can I add that to a cell with a formula in it to add certain
cells of these rows for a total? Thanks.
