Default Where can I download the "solver" add-in for Excel 2000?

My version of excel came installed on my computer but I need the solver
add-in and it's asking for a CD. I asked a friend of mine about this and he
said when he added it, it didn't require a CD. Where can I download this
add-in? All I see on the Microsoft website, is 'how' to install this add-in,
not a 'download file'. ASAP help would be greatly appreicated!

Thanks in advance

You will need the installation disks unless the OEM vendor has installed all
the program files on your hard drive and you just need to point it to there
in the dialog asking for the CD

The only versions of Solver that are available for download are
'premium' (i.e., priced) versions. Visit www.solver.com
