select hightlighted text
I am using Word 2002. I have been highlighting text from
a document and now I want to select all the highlighted text and copy it to a new document. When I try to use select all text with same formatting I am unable to select just the highlighted text. How do I do this? I can do this with the find funtion, but this just selects one sentence at a time and is too tedious for what I need to do. |

In the Find dialog, you can check the box for "Highlight all items found in"
and then select the portion of the document you want to search. Search for the desired formatting (Highlight), and it will all be selected. You can then Copy/Paste into a new document. -- Suzanne S.
