Default Send error report everytime i open Outlook 2003

Just updated to Outlook 2003 from Outlook 2000. Took a while for messages to
download. Now that they have downloaded I am unable to access Outlook 2003 as
it keeps on displaying 'Send error report'. This happens everytime I try to
access Outlook 2003.

Any suggestions as to how I can sort this out?

After an upgrade from Outlook 2000 (probably IMO mode) a new mail profile has been known to fix a myriad of problems.
