Default Queries

I have 4 tables that I have to develop queries for, can't seem to think what
queries to build relationships between. any suggestions.Table
Permits-PermitID, license plate, first name, last name, status, dept. table
Ticket-Ticket ID, ticket date, ticket time, permit #, license place,
violation code. Table Payment- Payment ID, payment amount, payment date,
ticket #. Table Violation- Violation Code, description, Fine amt.

Your question is very unclear. Nobody can tell you what relationships to
establish without understanding what you are trying to accomplish.
