Default Getting around the Invalid reference Error

Is there anyway to have excel "let" you enter an invalid worksheet or
workbook reference?

Everytime I enter an invalid reference Excel won't let me move on until
I correct the reference.

Why do i want this you ask? Well, I'm making weekly report forms for
the rest of the year, so that data will automatically feed in and all i
have to do is print the worksheet at the end of the week. The thing is,
since i'm doing this for the rest of the weeks in the year the
worksheets that will have the data that goes on the report don't
actually exist yet, but they will eventually.

right now, i have to go in and alter really complrex formulas everyweek
so that the weekly report is collecting the correct data.

So, again, i ask, is there anyway to let Excel just let me put in
invalid references? I don't care if it gives me the error, but the real
problem is that Excel won't let me move on to another cell without
fixing the problem.

Thanks in advance for any help

Precede the entry with an apostrophe -- it';ll go in as text and you can
edit it away when you have the correct information.
