Default autofilter table headers in access

In Access 2007 i have noticed that the the table headers have a new feature
where a drop down menu can be seleted allowing a custom filter to be set
where boxes can be ticked and unticked accordingly. This makes generating
reports from Access much easier. I am interested to know if this can be
acheived in the older versions of Access (XP, 2003) as i have users who wish
to use this feature if available.
