Default Value from Another Table
How do I set a default value for one field with a value from a field in
another table, if the second value is selectable? In other words, the value for field Directors.programs is user-selectable. How do I make the user selection in this field the default value for Programs.directors? Does this make any sense? Thanks! |

Default Value from Another Table
Hi Molly,
you cannot do this at the table level -- you have a lot more control when you use forms to enter data.
