Default DBX file called Folders

Looking for *.dbx files on my computer and came across this one called
'Folders' but what is it as it is not showing in the OE tree of folders?

Folders.dbx is the *brain* of the other folders. It keeps the folder and
subfolders in the order you have them set. Also, if you backup OE folders
and do not include Folders.dbx, the import function won't work.
