Default Importing Contacts from an Excel file

When I try to import this Excel file into my contacts, it gives me an error telling me that the translator is not currently installed and gives me the option to install it. When the install process starts, it stops in the middle and says "error 1311 source file not found C:\MSOCache\allusers\90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9\L4561412.CAB Verify the file exists. When i retry it, the same message appears.

Kevin,
you will need to insert your Office 2000 Premium Disk, if you have one, and click "ok" when that error message appears.
That way, your computer will download from the disk, the feature it is missing to import the Excel file.
Or, before trying again, Click help/ Detect and Repair and insert the disk when prompted. Then, try importing the Excel file again.
