how do i enter weekly dates in cells eg
8/11/09....15/11/09...22/11/09....etc..etc

--In the first cell enter the 1st date (say in A1). You can enter the current
date using the hot key Ctrl + ; and then edit to suit
--In cell B1 enter the below formula annd copy/drag across cells...as required
=A1+7

If 8/11/09 is in A1, then in A2 use the formula =A1+7, and copy down as far
as required.

Put 8/11/09 in A1, 15/11/09 in A2, select both cells and then drag down
with the fill series handle.
