Default multiple user accounts share single email account

I have set up separate user account for each of my two kids, my wife and
myself (4) with me the only one with admin rights. I want my wife and I to
be able to share the same email account. At the moment, whoever logs in
first gets the latest set of emails and the other doesn't. This means she
gets some and I get some and it defeats the process of me have a secure
password if I have to give it to her so she can read mail I have received and
vice versa.
My web surfing to know seems all about seeing multiple email accounts in one
user account but I want to see the same email info in two user accounts.
Maybe I need to set up an Email ONLY user account we both log in to BUT that
would mean rerouting the current set up with two outlook.pst's. Seems very
messy. Another site said if both users can access Outlook simultaneously,
corruption of the pst could occur.

Both (all) users would need to be accessing/ using the same outlook data
file.
Currently you have it set up with separate outlook data files for each user
When you mention password it depends whether you mean Win User password or
an Outlook data file password, or your ISP mail account password
Only a single user, at a time, would be able access outlook, if you were
using the same data file
ie no Win User fast switching, the current user would need to close outlook,
before switching users
