Default Method 'Requery' of object '_SubForm' failed

I'm using Access 2003 SP3. If I create a form with two subqueries using the
form wizard and attempt to change records using the control that changes
header records at the bottom of the page I get error: Method 'Requery' of
object '_SubForm' failed. This only happens with a second computer, not the
computer the form was originally created with. Note that I haven't made any
changes once wizard creates this form.

I've tried on several computers with same result. I noticed there was a
hotfix for this for Access 2002 but it was supposed to be fixed for Access
2003. Thanks for any help!

Found that this error doesn't occur if I limit number of fields, however
limiting isn't an option. Currently have 7 header, 16 subquery 1 (lines), 18
subquery 2 (distributions) fields. Any help would be much appreciated!
