can't open any word documents
Hello,
Does anyone know why I would be having problems opening a word document? I have windows xp installed on my computer here at work and just starting today I cannot open any word documents. It says "not available", followed by a window that pops up asking me if I want to revert to a file called normal.doc. I can create new word documents and save them to any folder, but then cannot access them onced saved. HELP!!! Thanks, Raina |

Hi, Raina. If you are running Norton Antivirus, then disable the Office
Plugin that comes with it by clicking on Start | Programs | Norton | Options | Miscellaneous | uncheck the "Enable Office Plugin" box.
