Do anyone know how to get DSL or Cable internet for a low price. If so,
please RE to me.

Your IP address says, "Pac-West Telecomm, Inc.". In which, of the eight
states shown in the link, are you located?

AT&T covers much of California, and a small part of Nevada. Qwest covers
most of the rest. Verizon and Embarq have pockets in some of those states.
All offer DSL; but only AT&T and Verizon offer anything at a fairly low
rate.
