Default [OL2003] Print custom calendar for paper planner (Franklin)

I'd like to instruct users who have Franklin Covey planners on how to print
their calendars for paper binder insertion. I have a 'compact' size binder
(4.25" x 6.75") and was trying to print a weekly view across two pages,
duplexed so that I can have less paper in my binder. I cannot see how to get
the pages to print directly behind each other (they're offset which means
blank on the back after I cut the paper). Additionally, each time I print, I
have to reenter the custom pages settings. Is there a way to define & import
a custom PAGE (not paper) size? Or can I at least make the custom settings
sticky? TIA.
