Default Access 2003 and the Print Manager

When I preview any Report in MS Access 2003 and then go to the 'File' menu
and click 'Print', my default printer shown in the print manager does not
pick up the printer preferences as setup (eg set to duplex by default). I
then have to go into 'properties' and tick the box to print on both sides.
This is a little anoying, particularly as the printer is setup to duplex by
default. This only happens in Access and not in any other Office product.

Is this a bug in Access 2003 or is this just the way it's meant to work?

Many thanks for your help.

Andy
