please help: justify all paragraphs which are not empty paragraphs
Hello, Is there a way in Microsoft Word 2007 to justify all paragraphs which are not standalone empty paragraphs with no text in them? This would be extremely useful to me. Thanks, John Goche |

The best solution is not to use empty paragraphs: use Space After instead.
You can remove empty paras easily using Find & Replace (Ctrl+H). Search for occurrences of stop double paras ..^p^p and replace with ..^p Then select all the paragraphs to apply Justified AND Space After in one sweep or better still, alter the Style to include these attributes. -- Terry Farrell - MSWord MVP "John Goche" wrote in message ...
