how do i change text after e-mailing
I designed a template to e-mail. Once I e-mail to a person there are certain
areas I would like the e-mail recipient to be able to change. Like putting their company name and phone number in place of "YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE" or "YOUR PHONE NUMBER HERE" How do I allow the e-mail receiver change certain text boxes? Thanks for your help. |

You can't. They'll be able to reply in random areas, but maybe not exactly
where you want them to - and it will most likely wack out your design. If you really want them to be able to reply with a nice neat form to fill out, create a fillable PDF form from your Publisher creation. This requires Acrobat (the real one, not the Reader)...or...any of the possible PDF creators that have the ability to create a "fillable" form. You will have to send it as an attachment though, not in the body of the message. This, however, is the BEST way...your design will not get wacked out and nearly everyone had the Acrobat Reader on their machines. -- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Rob Giordano Microsoft MVP Expression "CHANGING E-MAIL TEXT" CHANGING E-MAIL wrote in message ...
