Most Contacts are not showing up in Address Book in Outlook 2007
Outlook 2007 on Windows XP running against Exchange 2007. Problem occurs
with cached exchange mode on or off. Contacts folder called "Maximizer" full of 1500 contacts which get sync'd from Maximizer. About 500 of the 1500 contacts have a valid email address or fax number. The contact folder is configured to "show this contact folder as an e-mail Address Book." Problem: When pulling up the Address Book and selecting the entry called "maximizer" from the drop-down menu, only about 40 out of the 1500 contacts show up, when about 500 are expected to show up. Furthermore, when addressing an email to someone in that contact folder by manually typing in the person's name, it does not resolve and no suggestions made. Everything appears to be configured correctly. Any suggestions? |

You'll probably want to explain in clear and complete detail what "get
sync'd from Maximizer" means and then post in an Exchange group. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "gravedee" wrote in message ... Outlook 2007 on Windows XP running against Exchange 2007. Fair enough -- will do.
