Default Outlook Alarms

I would like to be able to change the type of file that Outlook uses for an
alarm, so that I can use a louder and more continuous alarm, like an .mp3 or
..wma file. Is this possible? I tried to download one from Brigsoft, but I
can't seem to find the right place on their site.

Thanks in advance!
