Default Unable to receive e-mail in OE

I can send e-mails in OE but not receive them. I receive them in my default
web e-mail address with my ISP. I have tried removing IE7,removed e-mail
scanning in my Norton antivirus software (as per advice given in this forum),
reinstalled IE7, but to no avail. Has anybody any advice for me please??

Make sure Norton is completely turned off. Then remove your mail account in
OE, close OE and reopen it, and then add your mail account back again. See
if that fixes it.
