Default Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

Hi, Recently emails sent to a friend in New Zealand have been returned.
Previously I haven't had a problem but now get the following message:

' I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.

The SMTP Server program

host mail.orcon.net.nz[219.88.242.10] said: 553 5.3.0
Spam blocked see: http://spamcop.net/bl.shtml?193.252.22.156 (in reply to
MAIL FROM command)'

I have deleted friend's email address which appears in front of host.
mail.orcon.net.nz

When I click the spamcop link it would appear you can only request this is
removed if you are the administrator?!

Can anyone offer advice please?

Your IP address or the block owned by the ISP/Mail Service Provider is
blacklisted.

There is nothing *you* can do to get delisted. That's up to your ISP/Mail
Service Provider.

And, with Spam Cop, it's not any easy process.

Actually, it's very easy to get delisted at spamcop. It's automatic when
the spam stops; nothing to do unless you're spamming, in which case you stay
listed or get relisted. Plus they only list the spamming IP, no ranges.
Spamcop isn't the listing source to be very afraid of. dsnstuff.com is a
handy place to see where you're listed.
