Default landscape and portrait in same document?

Hi - I have a word document with landscape and portrait pages interspersed -
or rathr this is the document I'd like to have. When I go to page set up and
try to format a few pages in one orientation or the other Word either changes
the whole document or more than I want it to and it also adds a blank page.
How can I avoid this? I think it has something to do with sections but don't
know how to fix this!

Please help!
