Default O2007 Volume License Key to activate trial version

Hi! Can I activate my trial version of Office 2007 with a volume license key?
Or do I have to uninstall the trial version and install the full version with
the disk? Thanks in advance!

Yes you need to uninstall the trial version and then to install
everything again using the CD for the VLK. If you don't want to go
through the process of uninstalling the package hen you could delete the
entire Office 12 registry hive and this should do the trick. You do
need to install the Office again using your CD for which you have a VLK.

you seem to know a lot about office packages so I shall keep this
message short.

You would also need to uninstall the Activation Assistant

Thanks! Sigh. I was hoping to be lazy about it and not have to take the time
to do the uninstall and then install via the disk. Its a shame though that
the VLK wouldn't work....
