Default adding a page to a template

Please excuse me for the lame simple question. I down loaded a simple
templete diary from M/S web site. Once the templete page has been completed
with my dark secerts LOL how do I add an other page to continue on with the
soap opera life of Carl R. I turned on templete help but my question was not
answered.

I am unfamiliar with the template you mention, but if I was designing a
Diary template, I'd make sure that when I start a new entry (Page), it will
be identical to the previous page but for with the next day/date. To start a
new page, insert a manual page break (Ctrl+Enter).
