Default Resource Scheduling

Our resource calendar, upon automatically accepting an invitation, changes
the subject line to the organisers name.
I would like it to hold the original subject line.
How do I change the default for this?
We are using Outlook 2007.

Exchange 2007? The admin needs to run the set-mailboxcalendarsettings
command.

set-mailboxcalendarsettings "Meeting Room 1" -AddOrganizerToSubject $false

That's an option set on the Exchange server and is designed to preserve
privacy related to meeting information. Consult your Exchange administrator.
