Default How do I set retention of appointments in Calendar?

My Calendar deletes appointments after 60 days. i would like to retain
appointments for three years. How do I find and change the setting?

Are you using a blackberry or other handheld device? That is generally the
cause.

Look on the Properties dialog for the Calendar folder, on the AutoArchive tab.
