Default Activating Office 2007 Problems

Hello, I probably goofed somewheere along the line but here is what is
happening;
I have preinstalled Office 2007 using the OEM Kit.
The sytem accepted the SBS key, no problems
It will not activate however.
HELP!

Well it locked out user, but when I try to activate, it does nothing &
remains locked out
