After downloading the program, I discoved Outlook was not there. I went back
to reinstall the progam and "Add" it in, It said "Not available". The primary
purpose for having office is to use Outlook. I am working with Windows XP
2002, service pack 3. If outlook is not going to come with the trial, I don't
want it.

Which trial product did you download and install?

If you installed Home and Student, it doesn't come with Outlook.

These versions do come with Outlook and have trials available:

Office Standard http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/su...674071033.aspx

Small Business http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/su...674111033.aspx

Professional http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/su...674091033.aspx

The other versions either are volume licensed versions or don't have Outlook
with them or don't have a trial available.

If you have a previous version of Outlook installed, you need to uninstall
it and then run the setup again for Office 2007, do a custom installation,
and make Outlook available.
