Default Licensing after removal

I bought office 2007 recently and installed it on my notebook. I experienced
performance problems with the notebook afterward that were not easily
remedied. I have to restore the O/S and rebuild the notebook. I installed
my older version of Office, Office 2003. Will I still be allowed to install
Office 2007 on two devices?
