Default adding a text form field into a header

Hi,
How can I add a text form field into a header section. Right now the text
form field button is not selectable inside a header . I have to add a text
form field into the header and then insert a bookmark in the field and
populate it via code.
How can this be done?
Thanks

Form fields are not permitted in the header or footer because headers and
footers are not accessible in a protected form. It's possible you can
accomplish what you wish some other way; see
