Default Crosstab Report not previewing past first page

I have created a crosstab report where when you do a print preview Access
only shows the first page and doesn't activate the navigation buttons at
the bottom of the print preview window so you can navigate to the rest of
the pages. If you open and close the Page Setup dialog then the rest of the
pages can be viewed. This happens in both Access 200 and 2003.

More info about the report: the column headers and controlsources of the
controls in the detail section are dynamically set as is the report width.
Some controls are also hidden if they are not needed. In the report footer
some of the textboxs have their controlsources set to a constant value. The
datasource is a temporary table that is created from the results of the crosstab.

Any ideas how I can fix this bug?

Thanks
Simmy

Consider creating crosstab reports based on the samples at
http://www.invisibleinc.com/divFiles.cfm?divDivID=4. The Crosstab.mdb has a
solution that might use much less code and display faster.
