Maximum length for exporting

I know the path you export to from Access can only be a
certain number of character at max, but I don't know what
that number is. Can anyone tell me the exact number for a
maximum path name?

Hi Trisha,

As far as I know this is only an issue when exporting to dbf files,
where the limit is 64 characters; otherwise I believe the usual Windows
limit of 255 characters applies.
