Missing emails
I got a new computer and have Outlook 2003 installed. I'm getting my emails
on three accounts. However, I have not been able to receive emails from yahoo groups. I've checked everything I can think of (spam blockers, rules, alerts etc) and nothing is telling me why I'm not getting these. I even put a rule in that tells it to move things from that group to it's own folder. Lastly...I can tell I'm getting new emails because the envelope pops up with a little sound...but there are no new emails in any of the folders. It's like they get downloaded and are immediately erased. This Dell computer came with Mcafee, but I had a subscription to Nortion Internet Security through the end of next year. Please give me any suggestions. It's not the end of the world if I don't get my freecycle emails...but it's bugging me to not know why they are not coming through...and also it makes me wonder what else is not coming through. Thank you!! Brina |
